MR KEYUR BHATT- FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Keyur Bhatt is a proficient expert in navigating the intricacies of mining industry. He is ingenious in the field of Extractive Metallurgy, mineral processing, providing turnkey solutionsfor mining projects, specifically in
the realm of metallurgical separation of minerals and metals.
He has a postgraduate degree in MBA (International Business) from Charles Stuart University, Australia. His expertise extends in establishing stable production processes that contribute to operational efficiency and
sustainability. His forte is to adapt fluidly and promptly in diverse environments, especially in implementing cost-effective processes, strategically minimizing expenses along with maximizing output. He is brilliant at
delivering effective sustainable solutions for all kinds of industrial projects.
Mr. Bhatt’s extensive international exposure and experience particularly across various African nations like Nigeria, Uganda, DRC, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Ghana with diverse mining landscapes demonstrates his deep -
comprehensive understanding of industry’s complexities. His contributions to mining projects encompass a holistic approach, addressing challenges related to metallurgy, mineral separation, optimizing mining operations to
increase production yield and overall operational efficiency.

DR SUBRATA PRADHAN - FOUNDER & TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Subrata Pradhan is a distinguished professional with a meaningful three-decade-long career in magnetic confinement based fusion engineering, cryogenics, applied superconductivity, novel materials, and material engineering.
His expertise also extends to high voltage AC/DC power engineering, insulation engineering, precision signal conditioning and instrumentations, metallurgy, and applied chemistry.
Having completed his Ph.D. from Gujarat University, Dr. Pradhan conducted noteworthy research at the Nuclear Fusion Centre (Kurchatov Institute of Atomic Energy in Moscow). He also holds an honorary professorship at the
Institute of Superconductivity and Materials Engineering, (University of Wollongong) and is a professor at the University of KOC.
Dr. Pradhan has worked across the globe in the esteemed institutions like HitachiCables Ltd (Japan), the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory (Tallahassee, USA), MIT (USA), the UK Atomic EnergyAgency, the International
Thermo-nuclear Experimental Reactor project (France), and the Nuclear Fusion Research Institute (Korea). Moreover, being a highly gifted scientist, he has authored over two hundred scientific papers which have been published
internationally.
Throughout his extraordinary career, he has made remarkable contributions as a former Mission Leader and Project Leader of the Steady State Superconducting Tokamak project and superconducting Fusion class Magnets. He is ardently
committed to advancing scientific knowledge and technological innovation in dynamic and interconnected fields.
DHARMENDRA SHAH - CFO
CFO Dharmendra Shah is an experienced Chartered Accountant bringing extensive expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance. With a proven track record spanning over two decades, he has
successfully steered financial strategies, enhanced profitability, and streamlined operations across diverse industry sectors.
Mr. Shah specializes in financial restructuring, capital management, and strategic financial advisory, aligning financial strategies with organizational goals to maximize value creation. His proficiency extends to budgeting,
forecasting, taxation, risk management, compliance, and fostering robust financial controls.
As a CFO at Ecor Greentech Pvt Ltd, Dharmendra Shah is competent for overseeing the company’s financial health, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring transparent and efficient financial practices. His strategic financial
leadership is instrumental in advancing Ecor Greentech’s vision towards sustainability, circular economic initiatives, and long-term success in business.
ER. SOUMENDRA DAS - BUSINESS ADVISOR
Dr. Bijan Bihari Nayak, a retired Chief Scientist (Scientist G) from CSIR, Government of India, has an illustrious career in materials and minerals technology. With a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur and a D.Sc. from Utkal University,
he led Advanced Materials Technology at CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar. Dr. Nayak’s expertise spans materials processing, plasma processing, nanomaterials, gem and diamond processing, and advanced characterization techniques. He has
published around 200 papers, filed 20 patents, and received numerous awards from prestigious institutions.
Notably, he has developed the Jet-wheel impact atomization technology for spheroidizing alumina grain. Even after retiring in 2016, Dr. Nayak remains active in research and consultancy, contributing to the advancement of
minerals and materials technology.
DR. B B NAYAK - TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Er. Soumendra K. Das, a seasoned tech entrepreneur with over 34 years of experience, co-founded Relevance Lab, a digital and automation service provider. With a strong commitment towards sustainability, Mr. Das advises and
invests in Agri-Tech and EV startups. His diverse knowledge spans in IT, FMCG, auto retail, logistics, oil, gas, and more.
He has held leadership roles in both public and private sectors, managing global delivery units, product R&D centers, and complex projects. He also actively engages in social, agricultural, and educational initiatives and
serves as a trustee for ABIT and Pilu Modi College of Architecture. Additionally, SKD advises Udayagiri Foundation, focusing on promoting vernacular languages through technology. His specialties include engineering delivery
operations, setting up offshore product development centers, and defining software engineering processes.
Soumendra Das is recognized for his work in Agile methodologies and has authored a lifecycle maturity model for Product R&D centers aligned with CMMi standards.
DR. DINESH BRAHMBHATT - BUSINESS ADVISOR
Dr. Dinesh H. Brahmbhatt, a retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer with over 35 years of distinguished service, holds a Ph.D. from Gujarat Vidyapith and degrees in Arts and Law from Gujarat University. Throughout
his career, he has held key positions in the Government of Gujarat, including Municipal Commissioner of Rajkot, Collector & District Magistrate in Valsad, and Secretary for Cooperation, Animal Husbandry, and Fisheries.
Dr. Brahmbhatt played a pivotal role in the initiation of departmental computerization and managed major projects in agriculture and marketing. Post-retirement, he has served as a Chief Economic Advisor to the Infrastructure
Development Corporation of Karnataka and held advisory roles in various sectors such as agriculture, sustainable development, and infrastructure. He has been honored with awards for Best District Development Officer and Best
Collector & District Magistrate.
